I’m so exciting with Baduy culture, I need extra energy to trip this time. Visit to Baduy Dalam by foot around 4 H and bring day pack. Up and down street, Tanjakan penyesalan is in the middle between Teriminal Baduy dan Baduy dalam, call tanjakan penyesalan because way to baduy dalam is to long and up and down street and no choice to back, so we have to a head. Tanjakan penyesalan is the last of the highest hill.
In Baduy dalam no electrition, do not use any gadget, mobile phone. No detergent, Soap and teeth pasta. Because it can damage environment. They are so depend with the forest and environment. Take a bath in the river.
Baduy dalam forbidden for foreign turist. Foreign turis only visit baduy luar.
Hutan larangan, no one can entry this area. For borden for all including baduy dalam people. Only puun may antry for semedi once in year.
Baduy dalam people are very strict hold their culture, friendship and peace. Altoug everybody bring golok but there is no fight between them. If you visit them and closed with them, someday they will visit you, with walking, they don’t use public transportation, its forbidden, so u can imagine they can walk to Jakarta around 4 days only bring some food and water. Sometime they are rest in the police post and RT/RW house.
Im so respect with their attitude. Humble. Care each other, no materialistic, love peace, environment friendly.

Karimunjawa Jepara Central Java

Karimunjawa is on north of Jepara, there are 28 islands here but 3 islands only have citizen. How come here? by air plan IDR 1,000,000,00 or speed boat IDR 200,000,00 (approximate 2 hours) from Semarang (capital city of central Java province) or Jepara port by KM. Muria IDR 30,000,00 (approximate 7-8 hours).

Rent a boat IDR 500,000,00 (for 10 – 15 passengers) and you can enjoy your holiday here and around to some islands. Many home stay or hotel with cheap rate around IDR 75,000,00 - 350,000,00.

Cendikia and Gundul Islands are for TNI AL torpedo exercises.
Cemara Besar Island has a pure white sand beach; you can walk between the islands.
Alang-alang Island is good for snorkeling, has a beauty coral rife, but be careful with bulu landak.
Menjangan Besar Island has big coral rife, so that many species a fishes live here, you can snorkeling and playing with fish here, give some food in your hand and fish will around you. It is so wonderfull.
Menjangan Kecil Island., you can swim with baby shark and turtle. Incredible shark. BTN buy turtle eggs from people here, one hole consist of 200 eggs IDR 200,000,00 then turtle eggs will hatch and leave on the sea for conservation.

Like fell in love, yes I am in love with this place, this moon, these stars, this cloud, this sand, this wind and all his packages. As like the gentle angle bring his broken wings cannot fly higher and higher, but it is fine, because I don’t need anything else accept this feeling, the feeling that I has forgotten.
According me, in front of Villa Delima is the perfect place to take a sleep away. Go to the dreaming land. Forgotten your rush day, Anything make me fell relax and in love.

Pangandaran beach is the most famous beach in Pangandaran west java. Closed by pananjung conservation, but have to by boat to find here. Make a deal with boat owner to this place, pay around IDR 250.000 for 8 passengers, 1 crew boat and 1 local guide, he will introduce object when we pass by like ‘batu mandi’ (bath rock), ‘batu Malin Kundang’ (Malin Kundang rock), water fall, ‘karang bolong’ (coral holes) etc.

Lawa cave (bat cave) is location for horror movie shooting like as Mak Lampir (witches lady). It is prefect because the place looks terrible. After in and out of the cave we find pasir putih beach (white sand beach) while waiting the boat we can see how beautiful sun set here. We have to quit this island because according the guide tour the wild animal will come in the night so we have back to Pangandaran beach.
From Pangandaran beach to bus terminal by becak (Indonesia traditional transportation which use bicycle) around 20 minutes arrive to terminal only pay IDR 10,000,00 for two passengers. Many buses to Jakarta and we take around 8 hours arrive to Jakarta.

Green Canyon Pangandaran

Called Green Canyon it is given by USA tourist who has come, maybe Green Canyon view so beatifull as like as Grandcanyon in his country. The real name is ‘Cukang Taneuh’ from sundanise means ‘land brige’.

Travel from Jakarta in Kampung Rambutan terminal by bus, take night bus to Pangandaran at 21:00 arrive at 05:00. Empty Street but in ciamis pass zig zag steet. Early morning so hard find public transportation, but we can negosiate with driver private car ask to drive to Greencanyon. Almost of citizen here familiar with this place.

What is Body Rafting? It is rafting with our body, no craft, no row, use ower body follow the water flow. To find the place, pass Small Street, pass house complexis and local portal which is made from bamboo and have to pay some money to pass. View coconut tree as long the street which is local people earning money from coconut. Till the end of road have to walk, up & down hill come to “stinky cave” because so many bats live here. Walk down to cijulang river start point to bodyrafting.

Lamaru is the most popular beach in Balikpapan East Kalimantan, as long Batakan to Tritip. When water lessened topography slope slightly, you can play beach volley ball, soccer or futsal in this beach.

As long of beach you can see warung (food shop) whose shelter from palm leaf under Palm three is the Lamaru coastal road. Derawan Island is the most natural turtle conservation in Indonesia. This location is in north of Kalimantan. You can find many turtle species here like sea turtle, green turtle green turtle (Chelonia mydas), Hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata), Olive ridley turtle (Lepidochelys olivacea), turtle (Dermochelys olivacea), Flatback turtle (Natator depressus), and Loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta).

Leatherback turtle is the biggest turtle, lengh 2 meter and weigh 600-900 kg and the smallest is Olive ridley turtle weigh 50 kg. Green turtle protected by CITES (Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species) Appendix 1. Althoug this speciaes is the bigest population but this turtle popuation less and less every year because of human activity..

Thousand Islands near Jakarta have been a favorite destination for ages. Paradiso, containing four island's Kahyangan (formerly known as Cipir), Bidadari (used to be called Sakit), Onrust and Kelor offer spectacular views of the forest and the sea. The name Paradiso indeed comes from Paradise, for 'Kahyangan' in Indonesian means 'Heaven' in English, and 'Bidadari' means 'Angel'. Dotted throughout Jakarta Bay are 120 tropical islands and coral atolls known, rather misleadingly, as the Thousand Islands. This group of islands in the Jakarta Bay offers a heaven away from the bustle of city life. There are golden beaches fringed with coconut palms. The surrounding waters are a paradise for skin divers. They are filled with a myriad of tropical fish, which live among the multicolored corals. The islands can be reached from Tanjung Priok or Pasar Ikan (Sunda Kelapa) by ferry or by chartered boat. Some of the islands in this group developed for tourism are Pulau Bidadari, Pulau Anyer, Pulau Laki and Pulau Putri. Pulau Tanjung near Putri has an airstrip. There are cabins for hire, having fresh water on Pulau Air and Pulau Bidadari only. The Pulau Putri Paradise Co. has developed Pulau Putri, Pulau Melintang, Pulau Petondan and Pulau Papa Theo as a holiday resort with cottages, restaurants, diving and sailing facilities. I travel from Jakarta to Sukabumi west Java by bus, around 2 hours I came to Situgunung National Park; this area with 100 ha is natural preservation Gunung Gede Pangrango National park zone.

This location High is 950 up to 1.036 meter above the sea, with hill topography and with astronomy 106 54’37” – 106 55’30” East longitude and 06 39’40” – 06 41’12” south latitude. This area including B climate mean rain 1.611 – 4.311 mm per year with 106-187 rain days per year. Temperature in a day is 20ºC up to 26ºC and in the night 16ºC up to 20ºC. It’s cool enough for Indonesian.

There is mosque, rest house, and toilet in this area. After got meal, I take my backpack to camp area walking around 1 km. Fresh air, beauty flora view, flower and bird make me forgot my fatigue. My purpose here is visiting Situgunung Lake & Curug Waterfall.

Day 1.
Situgunung Lake: artificial lake with 10 ha around beauty panorama of Gunung Gede view (Great Mountain) & ironwood.

Day 2.
Curug Waterfall: natural beauty of waterfall beside the hill is decorated by resin three and rock. Between Curug waterfall and Situgunung Lake I have to walking around 1 H.
Although only 2 days here, I can see the potency of Situgunung National Park like:
1. Tour in this area, hiking, fishing, picture hunting etc.
2. Team Building for company
3. Camping for a view day because there is special location for camping.
4. Study tour for student, learning ecosystem here flora & fauna.

Facilities
1. Rest house: 4 rest house & 1 many purpose building for 200 people.
2. Camp area: 5 ha around resin three in the juggle with 8 toilets.
3. Service & Information Center: all about this national park information we can get easily.
4. Cafeteria for breakfast & lunch, but we can order special menu.

This location is easily to visiting, many public transportation or ojek (motor cycle) at Cisaat, from Sukabumi to Situgunung Lake 15 km around 30 minute. With private transportation from Jakarta in to tol gate Fatmawati via Bogor distance around 100 km need time 2 H and from Bandung distance around 106 km need time 3 H.

The location of colonial center in Batavia (now Jakarta) emphasis in north Jakarta. We can find many old buildings inheritance. I started this morning at 08:00 am From Ragunan Bus Trans Jakarta station to Mangga Dua, Bus transit at Dukuh Atas, only pay Rp. 3.500,00 goes by Bus Trans Jakarta it’s cheap and comfortable.

Mandiri Bank Museum at Jl. Lapangan Stasiun No. 1, Jakarta Barat. in front of Bus Trans Jakarta station & Train JakartaKota Station. Only show my Bank Mandiri ATM, I’m in this museum free without charge, but if we don’t have any Bank Mandiri ATM, we have to pay Rp. 3.500,00 only. It’s too cheap. In the museum gate, there are many brochures about this history.

History of the museum

After independent of Indonesia, Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij (NHM) has been nationalization 1960 become official building Bank Koperasi Tani & Nelayan (BKTN) Urusan Ekspor Impor. Bank Exports Import of Indonesia (BankExim) stand on December 31, 1968, then NHM building become center of Bank Export import (Bank Exim), Bank Exim merger with Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Bumi Daya (BBD) dand Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo) to dalam Bank Mandiri (1999), so that building become Bank Mandiri asset.

Architecture
Museum Bank Mandiri Building (ex-Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij (NHM), this building had planed by 3 Ditches architect, they are J.J.J de Bruyn, A.P. Smits and C. van de Linde, this building had built in 1929 and on January 14, 1933 grand opening by C.J Karel Van Aalst, President of 10th NHM. Building ex-NHM looks luxurious with Niew Zakelijk or Art Deco Classic style.

Museum collection
Museum collections existed by connectivity of old banking activities & its development. The collection is Bank Operational, old coin, bandkast etc. Old operational activity bank is unique like old cash deposit, old calculator, old printer, safe deposit box, obligation, bilyet, deposit certificated. Building interior and furniture is still original.
